Terms of Service
Effective date: October 10, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to atlascoeli.com (the Website), operated by Atlas Coeli LLC (we, us, or the Company). The Website introduces our digital publishing activities. Please read these terms before using it. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Contact us at atlascoelillc@gmail.com with questions.
2. Website information and separate agreements
The Website provides general information about the Company. Descriptions of activities are not binding offers, guarantees of availability, promises of results, or agreements to provide a product or service. No customer account or online checkout is currently offered on this Website. Any purchase, licence, subscription, or commissioned work requires separately disclosed terms or a written agreement. For that transaction, its specific agreement controls over these Website terms if they conflict, subject to applicable law.
3. Permitted use
You may view the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes and share links to it. You must not misuse the Website, impersonate the Company, introduce malicious code, send spam, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Automated extraction or redistribution of content requires permission unless applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the Website.
4. Intellectual property
The Company’s name, original text, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Materials licensed from others, including stock photographs, remain subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing the Website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to resell, republish, or commercially exploit protected materials. Rights expressly permitted by law are unaffected. Illustrative photographs do not imply that the people, products, or brands shown are clients, partners, or endorsers of the Company.
5. Communications
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email. Contacting us does not itself create a contract, professional relationship, confidentiality agreement, or obligation to accept a project. You must have the right to share any materials you send. We may use your correspondence to respond to your enquiry and as explained in our Privacy Policy; it does not transfer your intellectual property to us.
6. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or load resources from third parties. Their services, content, privacy practices, and terms are their responsibility. A reference or link is not an endorsement or guarantee. We are not responsible for third-party performance or content, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Availability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its informational content are supplied as available and without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may correct, change, or withdraw Website content. We do not promise particular commercial, financial, audience, or publishing outcomes. Website information is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances from a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Coeli LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business opportunities, anticipated savings, or data arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational Website. For claims relating solely to use of the Website, our aggregate liability is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us specifically for that Website use in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. This limit does not determine liability under a separately agreed paid product or service. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, or any other non-excludable liability or statutory consumer remedy.
9. Responsibility for unlawful misuse
If you use the Website on behalf of a business, and to the extent permitted by law, that business agrees to reimburse the Company for reasonable, substantiated third-party claim costs directly caused by its unlawful misuse of the Website or infringement of third-party rights. This does not apply to ordinary consumer use, lawful complaints, or loss caused by the Company’s own misconduct. The Company will give reasonable notice of a claim and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.
10. Mandatory rights and disputes
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, or other rights available under applicable law. Contact us first if you wish to resolve a concern informally; doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights. A separate transaction agreement may specify governing law or a competent forum, subject to mandatory protections. These Website terms do not require arbitration, waive lawful complaints, or prevent access to a court or regulator where you have that right.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a concluded transaction or remove rights already accrued. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. Questions and rights-related requests may be sent to Atlas Coeli LLC at atlascoelillc@gmail.com.
