1. Scope
Atlas Coeli LLC operates atlascoeli.com as an informational Website. This Website currently has no checkout and does not collect payments. Browsing it or sending an enquiry does not create a purchase. This policy explains how to raise a refund issue relating to an actual purchase from Atlas Coeli LLC, if one has been separately agreed.
2. Terms of an actual purchase
Refund eligibility, deliverables, fees, delivery arrangements, and cancellation terms must be disclosed in the applicable product listing, checkout, order confirmation, platform terms, or signed agreement before purchase. Those transaction-specific terms apply subject to mandatory law. This informational policy does not create a new paid offer or replace an existing agreement. 4. How to request help

Do not send full payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents. We will review the request against the applicable purchase terms and law, and may ask for relevant evidence or offer a lawful correction or replacement where appropriate. We do not charge a fee for submitting a refund request.
5. Purchases through another platform
If a marketplace, retailer, or other platform processed your purchase, use its refund procedure and contact us if you need assistance identifying the seller or order. Its process may control payment handling, without removing any rights you have against the responsible seller. Atlas Coeli LLC cannot promise that an unrelated platform will approve or immediately process a request.
6. Approved refunds and statutory rights
Any approved refund is returned through the original payment route where feasible, or another lawful method agreed with you. Payment providers and banks can take additional time to credit it. We will meet any refund deadline required by applicable law.
