Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026
1. Who is responsible
Atlas Coeli LLC operates atlascoeli.com and is responsible for personal information processed for its Website and business enquiries. Contact: atlascoelillc@gmail.com. This notice covers the informational Website and correspondence with us. A third-party platform you use to buy a product or communicate may have its own privacy notice.
2. Information involved
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the contents of your message, attachments, and related correspondence. You choose what to send. Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, time of access, referrer, and security or error records to deliver and protect the Website. Authorised WordPress administrators also use authentication and interface-preference data. The Website currently has no public account registration, checkout, newsletter signup, or contact submission form; its contact link opens your own email application.
3. How information is used
We use enquiry information to reply, discuss potential work, manage business communications, and maintain necessary records. Technical information is used to deliver pages, troubleshoot faults, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Information may also be used to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use this Website to conduct automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
4. Legal grounds where required
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on responding to your request before a contract, performing an agreement with you, meeting legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure Website and managing relevant business communications, balanced against your rights. If optional processing requires consent, we will seek that consent separately. Merely visiting the Website is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.
5. Providers and disclosure
We use Northwest Registered Agent and its hosting affiliates to host the Website, and Google Gmail for our business email. Website photographs currently load from images.unsplash.com; loading them sends a technical request, including your IP address and browser/request information, to Unsplash and its delivery providers. WordPress may request an emoji resource from s.w.org when needed, and administrator profiles may load avatars from Gravatar. These external providers can process request information under their own policies. We may share information with advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal obligations or lawful claims, or with a successor in a genuine business reorganisation subject to applicable protections. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The current Website does not have an advertising pixel, visitor analytics service, or marketing cookie tool configured by us. WordPress may use essential authentication, security, language, and settings cookies when authorised users access administration or login features. It can also store a temporary browser capability result for displaying emoji. External resources involve network requests even if they do not place a cookie. See our Cookie Policy & Disclaimer for further information. Any future optional tracking will require appropriate disclosure and consent or choices before activation where required.
7. Retention
We retain correspondence only while needed to answer and follow up on the enquiry, administer an actual business relationship, keep records required by law, or handle a reasonably anticipated dispute. Retention depends on the purpose, applicable limitation and recordkeeping periods, and whether the matter remains active. Technical logs and backup copies follow provider retention cycles and may persist for a limited period after active records are removed. Contact us for information about a specific record or to request deletion; lawful recordkeeping exceptions may apply.
8. International processing
The Company is a US business and uses providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, transfers must use a permitted mechanism, such as a recognised adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You may contact us to ask about the safeguards applicable to your information. This notice does not treat your use of the Website as a waiver of transfer protections.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to atlascoelillc@gmail.com. We may seek proportionate information to verify the request and protect others’ data, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions. You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including your local authority where you have that right.
10. Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. The Website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes
We will revise this notice when our practices change and show the new effective date. Material changes requiring additional notice or consent will be handled as required by law. We will not use a policy update to retrospectively justify incompatible processing. Privacy questions: Atlas Coeli LLC, atlascoelillc@gmail.com.
